Once your appointment has been accpeted, all cancellations result in payment for service. Students may reschedule but it must be within the same week in order to avoid paying for the canceled lesson.

Students who schedule/pay for a pop-in lesson may reschedule or cancel online by logging into their account. Lessons are not refunded if cancelled within 24 hrs as we want to honor studio time for all involved. If you have issues rescheduling, please contact Cierra at arisewithcierra@gmail.com.
