Cierra Lee
Vocal Coach/Owner
Cierra Lee is an enthusiastic and dedicated artist, worship leader and voice teacher who finds joy in transforming lives through music. Throughout her high school and college years, she engaged in a variety of activities, including show choir, opera, percussion ensemble, urban dance, musical theatre, and marching band, among others. She even performed in 13 prisons while traveling along the East.
After earning her Bachelor of Music from Belhaven University, Cierra returned to Ohio and founded A.R.I.S.E. with Cierra in July 2015. Since then, she has worked with countless vocalists across the U.S., focusing on contemporary vocal techniques and diverse musical styles in a healthy manner. Cierra is committed to empowering students of all ages and backgrounds, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for success. She specializes in Worship Leader development and Singer-Songwriters, as well as intermediate to advanced contemporary singers. Her mission is to use music as a beacon of hope in a dark world, while celebrating all aspects of there journey and continuously striving to be a better leader, mentor, and teacher. She cherishes the opportunity to share her passion and aims for each of her students to leave inspired, celebrated, and transformed.
From an artistic standpoint, she has had the privilege of performing at Carnegie Hall for the GMA 50th Anniversary, touring with the Maverick City Gospel Choir, and recording a live album in Los Angeles with Jason McGee and The Choir. There are also whispers of her working on original music. With over a decade of experience as a worship leader, Cierra currently freelances across various churches in Central Ohio.
Dedicated to personal growth and impactful leadership, Cierra is pursuing a Master's in Pedagogy with the Voice Study Centre and the University of Wales in the UK. She continues to refine her vocal skills through private coaching with renowned pedagogues and seizes training opportunities as they arise. She has trained in Estill Voice Training and Integrated Vocal Pedagogy, amongst others. Cierra is an active member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) and contributed to the Contemporary Music panel at the 2023 ACDA National Conference, with plans to present at the upcoming 2025 Conference.
In her free time, Cierra enjoys hiking, sipping coffee, reading, traveling, Mexican cuisine, and appreciating life's simple pleasures, like driving with the windows down. She a fun-loving individual who cares deeply and embraces life wholeheartedly.
Katt Quintanilla
Tech Director
Katt Quintanilla is and audio extraordinaire from Defiance, Ohio. She graduated from Capital University with a B.A. in Music Technology, where she recorded, mixed, and mastered an E.P. with the band, Above and Here Below.
Katt thrives in multi-media, which includes audio engineering for almost a decade, photography, videography, as well as podcasting. She has worked as the front-of-house engineer for concerts, church services, and showcases, as well as shot for weddings, quinceañeras, and more.
Katt's skills expand beyond her media background, as she plays numerous instruments and has even taken voice lessons with A.R.I.S.E. She loves collaborating with A.R.I.S.E. in various ways to support upcoming artists. She is actively working with a few students who are recording singles/EPs. Her goal is to utilize her skills to ensure top-notch quality.
When Katt is not behind the soundboard or computer screen, you can find her outside in nature!
