Once your appointment has been accpeted, all cancellations result in payment for service. Students may reschedule but it must be within the same week in order to avoid paying for the canceled lesson.
All bookings are final sale, however, rebooking is available online at least 24 hours prior. Follow the instructions under the INFO tab on the ARISE website.If you have issues rescheduling, please contact Cierra at arisewithcierra@gmail.com. Be advised: private lessons are only available to students age 13 or older.
