Once your appointment has been accpeted, all cancellations result in payment for service. Students may reschedule but it must be within the same week in order to avoid paying for the canceled lesson.

All bookings are final, however, rebooking is available online at least 24 hours prior. Follow the instructions under the INFO tab on the ARISE website. Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement In-Home Voice Lessons By completing your booking, you are agreeing to the following. 1. Assumption of Risk Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in voice lessons involves physical and vocal activity that may include, but is not limited to, breathing exercises, vocalization, movement, and performance-related techniques. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to vocal strain, fatigue, hoarseness, physical discomfort, or injury, whether foreseen or unforeseen. 2. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Instructor, the Instructor’s household members, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in voice lessons, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Medical Responsibility Participant affirms that they are physically and medically able to participate in voice lessons. Participant agrees to take full responsibility for monitoring their own physical and vocal condition and to immediately discontinue participation and inform the Instructor if any pain, discomfort, or medical concern arises. The Instructor does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for diagnosing or treating any condition. 4. In-Home Lesson Environment Participant understands that lessons take place in a private residence and agrees to follow all posted rules and verbal instructions to ensure safety. Participant assumes responsibility for their own personal belongings while on the premises. 5. Indemnification Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Instructor from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Participant’s actions during or related to voice lessons. 6. By entering the property and/or participating in lessons, students and visitors acknowledge the presence of the dog and voluntarily assume any risks associated with being on the premises.
