Once your appointment has been accpeted, all cancellations result in payment for service. Students may reschedule but it must be within the same week in order to avoid paying for the canceled lesson.

Once a lesson has been booked, all cancellations result in full lesson payment. However, rescheduled lessons (made within the same week) will void the cancellation payment and the student will only pay for the rescheduled lesson. Please note - all pop-in lessons are based on availability.
